Located on the southern edge of the Wilkes University campus, this state-of-the-art facility exemplifies adaptive reuse of space, high-end aesthetics, and affordability. Verdantas was selected to design the renovations for this $3 million project, which is the second phase of a three-phase initiative to create a South Main Street Gateway to the university.

With Verdantas' innovative design, Wilkes University successfully centralized its business school on a prominent corner of the downtown business district, providing students with a high-tech learning environment. The renovations were completed on an aggressive timeline of eight months, showcasing our commitment to efficiency and excellence.

The newly renovated building now houses a business school, collaborative workspaces, smart classrooms, expandable and flexible multi-use spaces, a tiered lecture hall, and a financial market trading room that simulates the New York Stock Exchange's trading floor. This project not only enhances the educational experience for students but also strengthens the university's presence in the downtown area.
