Verdantas (as TIG Environmental) is working with counsel and the client to understand the scope of PFAS contamination, the possible contributions from other sources, and the fate and transport of PFAS. This information is being used to understand potential liabilities, develop a conceptual model of how PFAS came to be present at the plaintiff’s properties, and support the legal defense.
Our analyses, including the development of interactive dashboards, are being used to evaluate and communicate the relevant information to counsel and develop the defense strategy.
